Made in Taiwan
The main purpose of Nathan and Oscar’s trip was to find out where they came from so they went out for a journey all over the world. First they went to Rarotonga then Samoa then Vanuatu and then Taiwan.
Some of the interesting discoveries that they came across on their journey were in Aotearoa because they found where the first waka was from. The name was takitimu. Nathan also found out that he was a descendant of Maui.
From my point of view, I thought that it was telling us a lot about them and the history of them.It was inspiring now that i know that Polynesians originated from Asia.

You mentioned Rarotonga, Samoa, Vanuatu and Taiwan - what were some of the interesting discoveries in those countries that were found? At the moment, you have written a close Achieved answer, so to get to a merit you want to explain more by giving more examples of what you've learnt!
